Dirty Minds: Why Do We Swear?
In his latest book "The Stuff of Thought" psychologist Steven Pinker says we can't help but cuss...because our brains are hardwired to do it. In fact, brain scan research reveals that cursing uses a completely different part of the brain than regular speech...the part connected to strong emotion. This is the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. Come on Kate do you really believe this??? We're not SUPPOSED to curse. You know what they say you're a product of your environment. It's in their upbringing!!!
