"Pulling Fish in Pompano Beach ... The Set-up!"
It all began randomly at a low-key diner in Hillsboro Beach, Florida--where the cash register has no LED display, the waitresses still wear sensible shoes and sport the look of the now cult-classic hair spray...FinalNet. My most-cherished friend Laura Kennedy and her husband, Steve kept needling me, many a Wednesday night: "Hey, Katie -- we gotta get you on the boat!"
