Art ... from old license plates?

To most people an old license plate is just a scrap piece of metal. But for Aaron Foster it's art...not to mention his livelihood. The California native creates works depicting everything from voluptuous starlet Marilyn Monroe to neatly chiseled cowboys and shiny old cars...all from old license plates.
